There are many contents and dimensions in knowledge management (KM) that an organization can choose and apply to their problem solving or organizational development. SSC used 5 main KM theories together with our experiences providing solutions for different perspectives of knowledge management for various types of organization.
The followings are our outstanding projects :

To Design Knowledge Management System – KMS is the system that specifies on knowledge creation system which has multifunction based on KM Theories such as Knowledge Repository for staffs to search, learn and reinforce information to knowledge for the purpose that make their staffs efficiently work by learning and doing. The information was integrated via organizational intranet to set up Catalog and managing the Knowledge Contents such as information of IT for water leakage management, work procedure, Manuals, Methodology and Process, Best Practices, Standard& Measurement, Equipments, Instruments guide, Training documents and etc. Also, this can be downloaded and implemented via intranet and portal. Intellectual Capital Measurement Project for "DNA Technology Laboratory"
Another focus on KM is to be a number one leader in Intellectual Capital Measurement (ICM). SSC proposed the idea of measuring intangible assets in DNA Technology Laboratory especially from the director of institute, Dr. Somwong Trakoonrung, which has hidden experiences and value inside. The focus of this measurement is Brand Imaging by estimate information from the director that will be factors that make added value to the institute. By research and study SSC implement the formulas more than 50 formulas to calculate the real value of this organization thru the leader of it. Cooperation with AREOPA, the ICM firm in Belgium formulates the IC report to get the real hidden value based on the International Accounting Standard 38: IAS 38. The total value of this is 415 Million Baht.
Intellectual Capital Calculation Methodology Development for Silapakorn University (Thailand)
SSC cooperates with Knowledge Management Professional Center Asia (KMPCA) research and develop the IC formulas to measure IC value in Silapakorn University. More than 50 formulas were created by experienced researchers to measure all intangible assets such as the value of artist from art field, the factor that can change the total asset value. The assets in Silpakorn University are intangible asset and tangible asset. Problem is we can estimate and vale the tangible asset in term of monetary value but measuring intangible assets is much more difficult. Therefore IC calculation is the right answer for it to turn the immeasurable to monetary value under the International Accounting Standard: IAS. Moreover this project is the first initiative project for Thai University that measuring Intellectual Capital Value.
